A full house reclean a month later is not something we can offer for free, but we are happy to redo the areas of concern you highlighted again if you wish. Unfortunately you said you didn’t want that, you wanted us to wait a month before coming back to clean not just the areas you felt needed redone but the full house again. However we did offer to come back out to go over the areas you later highlighted via email, we will always do that for our customers. You did check the job, said you were happy with it and the job was signed off. Also paid for carpets to be cleaned and they weren't even hoovered never mind cleaned. Paid for an oven clean which was half done.
